We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best.

The SIOP Manager is responsible for building a world‑class, data‑driven Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process by integrating direct demand signals from key customers and strategic distributors into the ERP planning system. Reporting to the Supply Chain leadership, this role serves as the business owner for the SIOP process and the Infor LN SIOP module implementation.
Unlike a traditional demand planner focused on forecasting internally, this role will establish collaborative planning with customers, measure forecast accuracy and create a closed‑loop continuous improvement process that increases visibility, inventory productivity, and service levels.
The objective is to transform planning from internally generated forecasts into a collaborative, technology‑enabled process supported by ERP automation and real‑time demand intelligence.
This role is less about creating forecasts and more about building a planning system. The ideal candidate thinks like a process architect—leveraging technology, analytics, and customer collaboration to create a self‑improving SIOP process where better demand signals lead to better operational decisions.
