A leading company in high-performance materials is seeking a Planner to enhance forecast accuracy and manage inventory levels. The goal of a Planner at SG Wayne is to strategize and drive accuracy between customer forecasts and inventory levels. The primary focus of this role is to maximize cash flow by predicting accurate sales and service levels through effective implementation of the SIOP Process (sales/inventory/operations planning).
This position maintains constant relationships with the sales, customer service, finance, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to understand demand forecasting drivers. You will challenge forecasts from sales teams and perform relevant data analysis. Improve forecast accuracy through transversal coordination actions and updates of the Supply Chain Planning tool. Be responsible for running, analyzing, and reviewing reports related to forecast accuracy, adjusting POs accordingly, communicating changes, and analyzing and tracking freight spend at the site to optimize shipments and maintain correct inventory levels.

The total target cash compensation ranges from $115,200 to $178,500, depending on various factors.
