Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an on-site SIOP Data Mining Analyst in Matamoros to extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP/MRP systems. You will develop KPI dashboards and automate reporting to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain analytics, proficiency with SAP/SAGE/Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel, with collaboration across multiple teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, SIOP, Demand Planning, Data Analytics or related analytical role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain reporting environments.
• Proficiency with SAP, SAGE, Oracle or similar ERP/MRP platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Experience with Power BI and SQL; data visualization and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly data extraction from ERP, MRP, and planning systems.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure availability for SIOP, Master Scheduling, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and automated reporting workflows.
• Analyze Forecast Accuracy, On-Time Delivery, Fill Rate, and Inventory projections.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision making and process improvements.
