Job summary

Qualifications

• HS, GED or Technical Certificate required.
• 6–8 years in supply chain or analytics with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish reading/speaking proficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel formulas a plus, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process optimization with cross-functional teams to cut costs.
• Analyze supply chain data, develop dashboards and metrics.
• Forecast demand using historical data and trends for future model years.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and training of SEWS team.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization in transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
