Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a driven SIOP Intern to join the Americas SIOP team. You will drive data standardization, analytics, and reporting improvements across multiple MRP systems, building execution insights and supporting strategic transformation.

You’ll gain exposure to supply chain planning, inventory management, and business analytics while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to organize and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work.
• Collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleansing, and standardization across multiple MRP systems to improve reporting consistency and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory risk, customer demand, and supply planning performance.
• Analyze execution variances and identify root causes related to booking and shipping performance, inventory availability, warehouse operations, and factory execution.
• Support recurring business reviews by gathering, organizing, and validating data used in planning and operational decision-making.
• Assist with process documentation, testing, training materials, and change management activities associated with SIOP process enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on planning effectiveness, reporting automation, analytics development, and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to support data-driven decision-making.
