This entry-level role offers hands-on furnace duties, quality checks, and growth opportunities. Expect starting pay at $24.00 per hour with a 15% weekend differential for Fridays through Sundays, 6:30 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m., with path to advancement. The role supports production of specialty magnetic materials in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic production functions in the Sinter department.

• Prepare and clean trays, sinter boats; assist with loads.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Pay:Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Shift:Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential.

As a Sintering & Thermal Processing Operator, you'll support the production of specialty magnetic materials through hands-on manufacturing tasks, furnace assistance, and quality checks. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in a specialized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic production functions within the Sinter department.
• Stack parts received from the press.
• Prepare foil packs for production.
• Clean trays and sinter boats.
• Assist with sinter loads as needed.
