Job summary

Sartorius North America in Southern California seeks a Single-Use Technology Expert to drive SUT adoption within a strategic customer account. You will define and implement SUT strategies, introduce Sartorius technologies, and support molecule advancement while partnering with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include achieving account targets, growing SUT, coaching local teams, contributing to projects, and traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process development or process/manufacturing support.
• Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Self-driven and proactive working style.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Develop and achieve account targets (i.e. market share) in collaboration with local sales and key account teams.
• Drive growth in Single-Use Technology by identifying and developing opportunities within the customer environment.
• Support, coach, and coordinate local sales teams and application professionals involved in SUT activities.
• Contribute to major SUT projects, including interaction with Integrated Solutions department.
• Actively contribute to innovation initiatives related to Single-Use Technology.
• Identify and implement action plans to monitor and advance the key account molecule pipeline.

Join our Bioprocess Solutions team as a Single-Use Technology Expert and play a key role in driving the adoption and growth of Single-Use Technology within a strategic customer account in Southern California. In this dedicated account-focused role, you will help define and implement SUT strategies, introduce innovative Sartorius technologies, and support the advancement of existing and future molecules. • Develop and achieve account targets (i.e market share) and ensure regular updates in close cooperation with local sales and key account teams

• Drive growth in Single-Use Technology by identifying and developing new opportunities within the customer environment

• Support, coach, and coordinate local sales teams and application professionals involved in SUT activities

• Contribute to all major SUT projects, including interaction with Integrated Solutions department

• Actively contribute to innovation initiatives related to Single-Use Technology

• Identify and implement action plans to monitor and advance the key account molecule pipeline

• Up to 30% travel to multiple internal and external sites

Base salary range: $110,000-$135,000 (depending on experience), plus a sales incentive plan, and car allowance.
