Qualifications

• High School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in lending or loan operations field required.
• Knowledge of real estate loan documentation required.
• Knowledge of Flood Regulation requirements preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares early disclosures and Loan Estimates.
• Contacts title companies for estimated fees.
• Tracks loan pipeline managing approximately 25 loans.
• Orders flood certificates and follows procedures.
• Orders title work and coordinates closing.
• Prepares appraisal engagement letters and orders reviews.
• Reviews and approves HUD and/or Closing Disclosures.
• Calculates funding amounts and prepares closing packages.
