Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform bioinformatic somatic mutations detection and analysis including pipeline development and bioinformatic analysis.
• Develop and validate informatic workflows.
• Analyze multiple genomics data types and contribute to presentations and publications.
• Collaborate with other research assistants to support the lab, including shared documentation and broader analysis needs.
