Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Clinical Research Assistant to support the Translational Neuroscience Center's CNRC. You will collect data, set up EEG, develop study protocols, manage data, and coordinate with clinical and research teams to advance neurodevelopmental studies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Psychology; prior autism or neurodevelopmental research is a plus; strong organization and ethical data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Psychology required.
• Experience with EEG data collection or clinical research is a plus.
• Experience with neurodevelopmental studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consent and recruit participants for studies; communicate policies to families.
• Perform EEG and related data collection methods across a wide age range.
• Coordinate study activities between hospital and research laboratories.
• Monitor data collection and ensure ethical conduct and data integrity.
• Assist in training new study staff and maintain study documentation.
