Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. We design and operate global systems for data capture, labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.

This hands-on research engineering role focuses on simulation, physics and learning. You will work with MuJoCo, Isaac Sim and related tools to close sim-to-real gaps, build world models, and ensure scalable, credible

Qualifications

• Simulation and physics: deep experience with physics-based simulation.
• Robotics learning: strong reinforcement learning and embodied AI fundamentals.
• World models: experience with learned dynamics or hybrid systems.
• Research engineering: strong Python and C++ systems skills.
• Experimental judgment: design controlled experiments and diagnose gaps.

Responsibilities

• Build simulation environments modeling robots, sensors, objects, contacts, materials and dynamics.
• Scale training workloads with parallel rollouts, synthetic data, policy training and evaluation.
• Improve physical fidelity by calibrating against real data and fixing mismatches.
• Drive sim-to-real transfer using system identification and domain randomization.
• Develop world models including learned dynamics and latent models.
• Collaborate with researchers to turn prototypes into reusable simulation assets.
