Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams in simulation-based algorithm development, data science, and visualization projects.
• Oversee data science and visualization for advanced aircraft projects using data from STK, AFSIM, and CPE.
• Resolve complex engineering problems and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Develop data-driven methods to convey designs and CONOPS.
• Prepare and present technical reports at reviews and customer forums.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and document technical results.
• Support hiring and development of talent; perform annual performance assessments.
