Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and extensive engineering experience preferred.
• Strong ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple teams.
• DoD security clearance is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop UAS Simulator solutions based on customer requirements.
• Evaluate needs and propose effective engineering approaches.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems using standard engineering principles.
• Prepare documentation and give technical presentations.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers on projects.
• Communicate results with customers and management.
