Job summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) in Yakima, WA seeks a Simulation Technologist to provide hands-on technical support in the Simulation Center. You will handle equipment setup, LMS administration, training, and create realistic simulation scenarios aligned with learning objectives.

Responsibilities include maintaining technical systems, supporting learners and staff, organizing inventory, and contributing to content development.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support/center role.
• Experience with simulation technology and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for learners, faculty, and staff.
• Set up and program simulation equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage and maintain Simulation Center technical systems and LMS.
• Develop and maintain simulation activity materials and guides.
• Create realism in scenarios, including moulage and tech enhancements.
• Maintain inventory controls and organize simulation spaces.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
