Job summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) in Yakima, WA seeks a Simulation Technologist to support learners, faculty, and staff in the simulation center. The role reports to the Manager of Simulation Technology and ensures readiness of technical environments.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, system oversight, LMS training, content development, realism in scenarios, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical operations: equipment setup, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Manage simulation center technical systems, user accounts, data storage, LMS admin support.
• Provide user trainings on LMS and technical aspects of the center.
• Develop and maintain simulation activity materials and guides.
• Create realism in scenarios with moulage, cues, and tech enhancements.
• Maintain inventory and organize simulation spaces.
