Job summary

PLANIT Group is seeking an Engineer to contribute to the Advanced Center for Experimentation and Simulation (ACES) program. The role focuses on designing, developing, and validating software used in command and battle staff training, leveraging live, virtual, and constructive simulation assets and C2 gateways.

The candidate should have a BS in engineering, strong C++, Python, or Java skills, and experience with Windows/Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with software development life cycle experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: C++, Python, Java.
• Experience with Gitlab or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions across the development life cycle.
• Apply standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development cycle.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
