Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• One year (12 months) of experience in preparation, facilitation, coordination, or delivery of simulation-based educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate actors (standardized patients) and medics for programs.
• Establish and maintain schedules for standardized patients, medics, and participants.
• Conduct observations and evaluations of performance.
• Provide guidance and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain project proposals and invoices; research discrepancies.
• Conduct observations for trainees and develop workshops on clinical skills and communication.
• Develop fiscal year-end and program reports as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure needs are met.
• Hiring and ongoing departmental training to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects.
