Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years related experience required.
• Strong knowledge of simulation center equipment and operation manuals.
• Experience with networking, computer hardware or software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Program simulator software to model physiological responses.
• Operate patient simulators and cameras during simulations.
• Maintain audio-visual and debriefing systems.
• Set up and take down simulation laboratory equipment.
• Maintain and repair mannequins, computers, monitors and medical devices.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and contact vendors.
• Provide technical support for task trainers and multimedia peripherals.
• Ensure learner confidentiality and assist with data collection for research.
