Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Education Technologist / Simulation Operation Specialist to oversee the technical operations of the Carolinas Simulation Center. You will set up, operate, and maintain simulation tech across high- and low-fidelity manikins, AV systems, and software management tools, supporting education across the system.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in technology, healthcare, or simulation field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Certification in healthcare simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with simulation educators to create curricula for educational programs.
• Provides general technical support to teammates to enhance learning.
• Evaluates new simulation products and maximizes their use for learning.
