Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a health professions field with five years of related experience.
• Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing or other health professions field.
• Simulation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement simulation-based learning experiences for pre-licensure students.
• Support mission and vision of Health System, UAB, and OIPS as a resource for simulation activities.
• Evaluate training and education needs, and oversee program development, implementation and evaluation of clinical simulation activities.
• Provide oversight and support to employees, faculty, staff, residents and students involved in simulation.
