Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Education Technologist/SIM Operation Specialist to manage the simulation technology used at CSC and Atrium Health, Navicent. You will set up, operate, and maintain simulators, AV systems, and software, while supporting education programs and curriculum development with educators and staff.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and a passion for innovative educational solutions for leaders, faculty, students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology, healthcare, or simulation fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Healthcare simulation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with simulation educator to create curricula for undergrad and graduate programs.
• Provides general technical support to teammates to enhance learning.
• Evaluates new simulation products and maximizes their use for learning.
• Promotes collaboration and adoption of best practices in teaching.
• Develops and maintains relationships with technology vendors.
• Plans, designs, develops, and facilitates video production for educational initiatives.
