Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Education Technologist/SOS to manage the technical operations of Carolinas Simulation Center and support Atrium Health/Navicent. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining simulation technology, including high- and low-fidelity manikins, software, and audiovisual systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in technology, healthcare, or simulation field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in healthcare simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with simulation educators to create curricula for undergrad and graduate medical education programs.
• Provides general technical support to teammates to enhance learning and assists with teaching and learning solutions.
• Evaluates new and existing simulation products and suggests improvements for efficient learning.
• Works with teammates to promote teaching excellence and active student learning.
• Plans, designs, develops, and facilitates video production and editing for educational initiatives.
