Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Technical Operations Specialist to set up, operate, and maintain simulation technology across education programs, supporting the Carolinas Simulation Center and Atrium Health initiatives.

You will work with simulation educators to develop curricula, provide tech support, evaluate products, and coordinate video production for educational initiatives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in technology, healthcare, or simulation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Certification in healthcare simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with simulation educators to create curricula for undergrad/grad medical education and other programs.
• Provide general technical support to teammates to enhance learning and assist with teaching solutions.
• Evaluate new and existing simulation products and propose improvements for efficient learning systems.
• Promote teaching excellence and active student learning through collaborative initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors for service and support.
• Plan, design, develop, and facilitate video production for educational initiatives.
