Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Simulation CV/ML Engineer to design and operate advanced camera and sensor simulation pipelines that generate high-quality synthetic datasets for ML applications.

You will collaborate with imaging, computer vision, and ML teams, implementing ML data workflows, and supporting training and evaluation with synthetic data, leveraging Python, C++, PyTorch, and Linux in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and C++ programming skills.
• Experience building ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Experience with PyTorch for ML training/evaluation.
• Solid understanding of computer vision and image-based ML systems.
• Knowledge of camera and sensor simulation concepts (calibration, parameters).
• Experience with large-scale datasets and data lifecycle management.
• Strong Linux development skills and version control.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 -Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

We are seeking a Simulation CV/ML Engineer to help develop and operate advanced camera and sensor simulation pipelines that generate high-quality synthetic datasets for machine learning applications. This role sits at the intersection of computer vision, machine learning, imaging systems, and software engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with camera or sensor simulation environments, building ML pipelines, and supporting model training and evaluation efforts using synthetic data. You will collaborate closely with imaging, computer vision, and machine learning teams to improve model performance through data-driven iteration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python and C++.
• Experience building and maintaining machine learning infrastructure, pipelines, or data workflows.
• Experience running machine learning training and evaluation workflows using frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of computer vision and image-based machine learning systems.
• Knowledge of camera and sensor simulation concepts, including:
• Camera calibration and parameter modeling
• Intrinsic and extrinsic camera systems
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data lifecycle management.
• Strong Linux development experience and familiarity with version control systems.

Preferred Qualification s

• Experience with simulation or rendering platforms such as Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar environments.
• Background in imaging, optics, or sensor technologies.
• Experience with perception systems, camera tuning, or computer vision model development.
• Understanding of optical performance concepts such as image quality characterization and sensor performance analysis.
• Experience developing end-to-end AI or machine learning solutions.
