The role focuses on scheduling, communications, event logistics, documentation, procurement support, and resource coordination to ensure efficient center operations and successful simulation-based training.

This full-time, on-site position collaborates with the Simulation Core Coordinator on GO-NORTH efforts and supports

• Demonstrated project management skills and experience coordinating complex initiatives.
• Proficient with scheduling platforms and data-management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating multi-site, grant-funded initiatives.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain calendars, scheduling platforms, and operational records.
• Assist with communications, agendas, meeting materials, and center updates.
• Coordinate logistics for simulation activities, trainings, workshops, tours, and events.
• Assist with policies, forms, and operational resources.
• Support onboarding, center initiatives, and grant-funded projects.
• Provide operational support to faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
