Job summary

Elevate Healthcare, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Clinical Educator to design and deliver simulation-based education for internal teams and customers. You will develop instructional content, edit educational materials, and lead live and virtual sessions while aligning with clinical standards.

The role requires active clinical licensure, a Bachelor's in a related field, and at least 3 years in clinical education and simulation. Travel to customer sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure (RN, RT, Paramedic, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, RT, Paramedic or related field or Healthcare Education.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical education and simulation.
• Experience in a simulation center or healthcare training environment.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver simulation-based education for internal and customer teams.
• Develop instructional content, eLearning modules, and guides.
• Lead live and virtual educational sessions for stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate product education initiatives ensuring pedagogical soundness.
• Gather feedback to improve training offerings.
