Job summary

Air Methods is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to evaluate clinical compliance and quality, oversee orientation for new hires, and develop ongoing education for clinical crews to support accreditation and continued competency.

You will lead simulation-based training, collaborate with RCEM and RCD, and contribute to the development of clinical standards across assigned regions, including research activities and protocol improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or BSN and five+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination.
• Four+ years of flight experience
• Two+ years education/instructor experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist orientation for new employees and oversee schedules/base assignments.
• Collaborate with RCEM/RCD to oversee clinical preceptorship and education resources.
• Develop education content and simulations to improve clinical competency.
• Ensure accreditation readiness and participate in research activities.
• Assist in policy development and maintenance of clinical quality and standards.
