Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure (RN, RT, Paramedic or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, RT, Paramedic or healthcare education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical education and simulation.
• Experience in a simulation center or healthcare training environment.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate.
• Travel required for training and education.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver simulation-based education and training programs for internal teams and customers.
• Support interdisciplinary clinical education across Elevate Healthcare departments.
• Collaborate to create instructional content, eLearning modules, and guides.
• Participate in product design, research and development for educational products.
• Develop educational requirements for products in ecosystem and manage major initiatives.
• Coordinate product education initiatives with pedagogical grounding.
• Lead live and virtual educational sessions for stakeholders and customers.
• Develop, produce, and edit educational content with accuracy and quality.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
• Ensure alignment with best practices in simulation education and clinical standards.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve training offerings.
• Attend major education conferences to stay current with trends.
