You will develop and evaluate learning activities in the Simulation Lab, serve as instructor or tech support, demonstrate nursing skills, and guide students with feedback.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in New Jersey
• MA or MS in Nursing; Doctorate preferred
• Two years of patient care experience required
• One year experience in simulation preferred
• Certificate in Simulation preferred
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) or CNE-Clinical preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates simulation-based activities.
• Instructs students as primary instructor or technical support.
• Demonstrates nursing skills and uses technology to support learning.
• Provides feedback to students on performance and professionalism.
