Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of healthcare simulation education or operations experience preferred.
• Certification: CHSE or CHSOS within 12 months of hire.

The Simulation Educator 2 is responsible for developing and leading simulation-based educational programs for healthcare teams. In this role, the educator designs advanced clinical scenarios, coordinates multi-disciplinary training sessions, and evaluates the effectiveness of simulation programs. This position involves managing a broad scope of simulation equipment, and contributing to curriculum development while ensuring alignment with accreditation and institutional goals.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s s degree in Medicine, Nursing or Allied Health.
• Experience in healthcare simulation education or operations preferred.
• CHSE or CHSOS certification within 12 months of hire.

Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
