Job summary

Porsche Seattle North, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks a Porsche Silver Certified Technician to join our high-volume luxury store in Seattle. You will diagnose across Porsche platforms and perform repairs to factory specifications using PIWIS and OEM procedures.

This role offers a $40–$50 per hour flat-rate pay structure with a clear path toward Gold certification, plus paid training, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Porsche Silver certification required.
• Demonstrated diagnostic capability across Porsche platforms.
• PIWIS experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension and more using Porsche procedures.
• Perform repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed and accuracy.
• Document all work, parts and labor on repair orders precisely.
• Stay current with Porsche service bulletins and PIWIS updates.
• Conduct test drives to verify diagnostics and repair quality.
