Qualifications

• Bronze/Silver certification requires at least 2 years of Porsche technician experience.
• Gold certification requires at least 3 years of Porsche technician experience.
• ASE and other manufacturer certifications are preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential.
• High producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.]

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
• Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
• Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
