Swickard Auto Group seeks a Gold-certified Porsche technician for Porsche Seattle North, handling the most complex diagnostics and repairs with precision. You will work with PIWIS, stay current on service bulletins, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship in a luxury, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Porsche Gold certification required.
• Expert-level diagnostic capability across the full Porsche lineup including ADAS and hybrid/EV systems.
• Deep PIWIS diagnostic platform proficiency.
• Extensive PDCC, PASM, PDK, and air suspension system experience.
• Porsche factory training completed across all applicable modules.
• Consistently low comeback rate and a quality standard that reflects Gold-level certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems—engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, PASM, PDK, and more.
• Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed and accuracy.
• Complete repair orders accurately with documented parts and labor.
• Stay current on Porsche technical service bulletins, PIWIS updates, and evolving repair procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and repair quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation reflecting Porsche standards.
• Contribute to a shop culture of technical excellence and craftsmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, PASM, PDK, and beyond -- using Porsche diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
• Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor with precision
• Stay current on Porsche technical service bulletins, PIWIS updates, and evolving repair procedures
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the Porsche brand
• Contribute to a shop culture where technical excellence and craftsmanship are the baseline

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Porsche Gold certification -- required
