Swickard Auto Group’s Porsche Seattle North is hiring a Bronze Certified Technician. The role offers a path toward Silver certification, with training paid by the company and a clear milestone plan. You will diagnose and repair high-performance Porsche models, working toward advanced diagnostic capabilities.

We emphasize precision, speed, and adherence to factory procedures, with a base flat rate of $35-$40 per hour and a progression-driven compensation structure. Veterans encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bronze certification required; candidate building toward Silver.
• Strong pride in repair quality and efficiency.
• Willing to participate in certification progression.
• Experience with Porsche vehicle systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems using Porsche diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures.
• Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts.
• Complete repair orders accurately, documenting work, parts, and labor with precision.
• Stay current on Porsche technical service bulletins, PIWIS updates, and evolving repair procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostics and ensure repair quality before vehicle return.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation reflecting the Porsche brand standards.
• Contribute to a shop culture of technical excellence and craftsmanship.
