Job summary

Silver Baron Lodge is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for Winter 2026-27 in Park City, UT. The role supports the front office manager to ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk of Silver Baron Lodge.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, reservations, staff training, cash and lift ticket handling, and coordinating guest services with bellstaff and concierge. Seasonal, with competitive hourly pay and staff benefits at Deer Valley/Alterra Resorts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Staff leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have a basic mechanical knowledge of the guest services fleet vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of computers, systems, and guest service tools.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and settle guest balances upon departure.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, childcare, and other activities for guests, FITs, and owners.
• Help recruit, manage, train, motivate, and evaluate front desk staff.
• Handle cash, credit card, and lift ticket sales transactions daily and log tickets and gift cards.
• Balance and close out lift ticket sales at end of day.
• Proactively solve guest, owner, and employee problems with urgency and empathy.
• Assist with bellstaff and concierge duties and guest requests.
• Develop front desk processes and procedures with the front office manager.
• Create staff schedules and timecards with the guest services manager.
