The role requires 3+ years on silk screen presses, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and good teamwork. Overtime, reliable transportation, and color vision are essential. Benefits and a bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating a silk screen press.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 and normal color perception.

Responsibilities

• Receive production orders and assign to shift.
• Verify size, color, substrate, and ink from job order; stage inks.
• Set up press with screens and stock alignment; adjust feeder and stackers.
• Dryer setup for proper curing.
• Print proofs and ensure color/registration per job order; obtain supervisor approval.
• Maintain production rate, color density, and quality to company standards.
• Monitor quality and collect samples during runs.
• Follow safety and operational procedures; train press helpers as needed.
• Perform press maintenance and minor repairs; keep area clean.
• Document production records for each shift; support R&D to improve processes.
