Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related experience as a press feeder in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers.
• Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials.
• Must possess high standards of personal integrity and communicate well.
• Able to follow instructions to assist in operation and maintenance.
• Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
• Must communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Math skills including basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Press Operator in feeding stock and operating continuous feeder.
• Prepare materials and supplies for each printing job and stage for run.
• Perform quality inspections and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the press and surrounding area.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and loss reduction efforts.
• Handle chemicals safely, monitor fountain solution parameters.
• Assist with make-ready, plate handling, and changeover tasks.
