Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of our silicon program, from architecture through tapeout and production ramp. You will collaborate with front-end design, verification, physical design, DFT, and packaging experts, while guiding external partners to deliver on a challenging, high-stakes schedule.

You should have shipped chips before and be comfortable making consequential program calls with limited internal process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in silicon/SoC program management, chip lead, or equivalent role.
• Direct ownership of at least one taped-out program reaching production.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce plans, reviews, and exec updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated silicon program plan from architecture to post-silicon bring-up.
• Drive external partner execution across ASIC design partners, IP vendors, foundry, and packaging/test.
• Lead evaluations and make build/buy/license decisions with engineering leadership.
• Develop lightweight execution mechanisms for the silicon team and ensure adoption by engineers.
• Coordinate hardware-software co-design interfaces and ensure aligned trade-offs.
