Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of PDE experience.
• Proven ASIC mixed-signal build, BIST/SCAN DFT qualification.
• Experience with FinFET silicon processes.
• Hands-on CoWOS assembly, silicon GPU engineering, and HBM vendor management.
• Excellent interpersonal, cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and implementation of ATE test content for the product line.
• Impact GPU manufacturing yields, predict test durations, and analyze characterization outcomes.
• Develop and maintain failure analysis plans to improve yields.
• Manage key vendor relationships with Foundry, Assembly, and Memory vendors.
• Collaborate with Supply and Demand program management to meet chip quality targets.
