NVIDIA, a leader in AI and accelerated computing, seeks a Product Development Engineer to drive new product development from concept through mass production. You’ll work across cross-functional teams, own NPI, wafer sorting, yield analysis, and develop PDE methodologies to ensure top-tier quality and performance.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
5+ years in product development with NPI, wafer sorting, and yield analysis.
Proficiency in CAD software, JMP for statistics, and hands-on ATE (Advantest V93000).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the product rollout process.
Excellent problem solving and multi-project management.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with AI, ML, or GPU tech is preferred.

Aufgaben

Lead development, creation, and production of new products.
Oversee the NPI process from prototype to mass production including wafer sorting and yield analysis.
Collaborate with Foundry, R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, specs, and test plans.
Build PDE methodology infrastructures to support manufacturing and ensure high-quality outputs.
