GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor technology development integration team. The core responsibilities involve ownership of process integration of Silicon Photonic devices from development, customer engagement to production.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record in Lean
