Job summary

Wipro Limited, based in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Software Infrastructure Engineer to develop automation frameworks for silicon prototyping and validation. You will design tools to streamline software deployment, testing, and data analysis within CI/CD, and create APIs to orchestrate silicon platforms across evaluation boards and emulation systems.

The role requires 3+ years in software automation, strong C/C++ and Python skills, and experience with embedded/system-level software testing.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software and test automation experience with at least 1 year related to silicon/firmware validation.
• Proficient programming in C/C++ and Python (data structures, algorithms, and OOP).
• Proficient with software testing methodologies and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation frameworks for silicon prototyping, validation, and system integration.
• Invent tools to streamline software deployment, test execution, and data analysis for CI/CD.
• Develop and distribute APIs to orchestrate silicon development platforms and collect data from evaluation boards and FPGA/Emulation setups.
• Perform hands-on integration and troubleshooting of distributed software infrastructure.
• Develop data loggers for dashboards and automate health monitoring systems.
• Integrate libraries from third-party hardware vendors with in-house solutions.
