Job summary

Voltai is building world models and AI-assisted hardware verification. The role focuses on bringing up and validating real silicon, collaborating with major semiconductor partners, and helping Voltai learn from tapeout outcomes.

You'll lead post-silicon validation for SoCs and IP, develop test plans and automation, debug across hardware and software, and translate findings into improved models and verification flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-silicon validation experience.
• Hands-on lab experience with test equipment.
• Strong Python and C/C++ for test automation.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet.
• Systematic debugging across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute post-silicon bring-up and validation for SoCs and IP.
• Develop validation content, test plans, and automated test infrastructure.
• Debug silicon failures across logic, timing, power, and system interactions.
• Correlate silicon results with pre-silicon simulation, emulation, and formal results.
• Work with design, DFT, and product engineering teams to drive root cause and fixes.
• Capture silicon learnings that feed back into Voltai's models and verification flows.
