Job summary

Momentive Summer 2027 Silanes Production & Energy Systems Engineer Intern position offers hands-on experience in evaluating and optimizing production energy systems at a large-scale chemical facility. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability while learning process safety, planning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Support Sustainability and Energy Management initiatives by evaluating sites and optimizing performance.
Improve equipment reliability by collaborating with Operations and Maintenance to identify improvements.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities to enhance yields and reduce variability.
Develop production engineering skills through daily activities, reviews, and troubleshooting.
Lead and present project findings and business impact to site leadership.
