ASK Consulting seeks a licensed Florida pharmacist to perform medication therapy management (MTM) including outbound calls for comprehensive medication reviews and in-depth statin consultations per guidelines. You will transcribe patient data into a third-party web app and prepare standardized documents for patients.

This fully remote role requires at least 4 years of MTM experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with Part D Star measures. Courtsey McHugh is the point of contact.

Max Bill Rate: $85.

Position Overview

The pharmacist will be responsible for medication therapy management (MTM) services, including outbound calls for comprehensive medication reviews (CMR) and delivering in-depth consultations on statin medication use per AHA guidelines. The pharmacist will transcribe patient-specific prescription information, diagnosis information, and recommendations into a third-party, web-based application. The data to be transcribed will be either hard-copy or available from a SignifyHealth application. The data entered by the pharmacist will be used to create a standardized document that will be mailed to individual patients. The pharmacist is a member of the MTM product team.

Qualifications

Education/Licensing Requirements

• Valid Pharmacist License in Florida - *please screenshot and put at top of resume*

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as clinical MTM pharmacist. (Management experience preferred)
• Familiar with driving Part D Star measures. Specifically, SUPD, SPC, and CMR.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabulary.
• Clinical experience in medication review.

• Fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.
• Must be tech savvy.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound phone calls. (100 calls per day)
• Completing comprehensive medication reviews.
• Conducting medication therapy management services.
• Accuracy and speed in entry of patient-specific prescription information, diagnosis information, and recommendations into a third-party, web-based application.

Additional Job Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to Essential Job Responsibility.

Location and Working Hours

Hours will be based on business needs. Flexible scheduling - HM will consider candidates who only want part time work. Fully remote (never coming onsite).

Salary and Bill Rate

Max Bill Rate: $85.
