Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- US citizen with active Secret clearance.
- Strong understanding of applied electromagnetics and EM modeling.
- Adept in CEM prediction software and simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Model and characterize electromagnetic phenomenology in RF bands.
- Characterize radar cross sections and validate predictive data.
- Create signature predictions using CEM software.
- Assist with business development and proposal preparation.
- Lead teams to develop solutions for complex technical issues.
