Job summary

The Village Dallas is seeking a career-driven server to deliver exceptional guest service in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, present menus, explain pairings, take orders, and collaborate with a hospitality team to ensure seamless dining experiences. A minimum two years in a full-service restaurant and current TABC/Food Handler certifications are required. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current TABC and Food Handler’s certification.
• Knowledge of POS systems and international cuisines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high level of guest service.
• Greet guests and provide warm, personalized welcome.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest pairings.
• Take orders and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
• Work with team to ensure flawless dining experience.
• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
