Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a high-end restaurant.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a fine dining environment.
• Current TABC and Food Handler’s certification.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Ability to describe ingredients and suggest pairings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high guest service with knowledge and warmth.
• Greet guests and provide a personalized welcome.
• Present menus and suggest food and beverage pairings.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate timing with kitchen.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
