Job summary

Dallas Country Club, the area’s most exclusive private club, seeks a Server for the 19th Hole. You will greet members, take orders, suggest beverages and menu items, and ensure a flawless dining experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of fine-dining server experience, valid TABC and Food Handlers credentials, and is available weekends and holidays. This role requires dedication to hospitality and teamwork in a premier club setting.

Qualifications

• TABC certification and Food Handlers Card are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience working as a server in a fine dining outlet.
• Male candidates only due to the 19th Hole restaurant policy.

Responsibilities

• Greets Members and guests as they are seated at the table; ensures the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
• Answers questions regarding the menu items with the knowledge to Suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders and informs culinary team about any special cooking instructions/modifications.
• Delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to Members and guests.
• Ensures that food is prepared correctly to the Members and guest's satisfaction; returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen.
• Keeps managers informed of any issues that might affect quality or timing of service.
• Collects plates and clears the table as Members and guests finish their meals.
• Presents dessert menus, suggests, and serves dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks.
• Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and set upside station and performs assigned prep work.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
