Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Signature Reduction Specialist – Mid Level to support our Department of Defense customer in Hanover, MD. The role involves leading IdDM program development, policy review, and training to enhance unit readiness, while ensuring compliance with DoD directives and procedures.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance with In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Travel expectations are not specified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IdDM-related work.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR 12 years total experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, review, processing, and execution of IdDM plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of IdDM plans to support current and future operations.
• Prepares and delivers IdDM training to support and enhance unit readiness.
• Performs organizational, individual, and operational due diligence IAW DoD policies.
• Evaluates the sustainability of the unit's IdDM TTPs.
• Develops responses to IdDM requirements and assigned taskers with coordinating across organizations.
• Supports daily management and oversight of IdDM Operation Security and related program items.
• Manages the cover registry and requirements in USD(I&S) systems of record.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, review, processing, and execution of Identity Data Management (IdDM) plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of established IdDMplans to ensure that they support current and future operations.
• Prepares and delivers IdDM training to support and enhance unit readiness.
• Performs organizational, individual, and operational due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans, mechanisms, travel awareness, etc.
• Evaluates the sustainability of the unit's IDdm tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Develops responses to IdDM requirements and assigned taskers while engaging associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally-generated requirements.
• Supports the daily management and oversight of IdDM Operation Security, including but not limited to the maintenance, issuance, tracking, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of IdDM program items.
• Manages the cover registry and requirements in USD(I&S) systems of record.

Required Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR additional four (4) years of related experience for a total of twelve (12) years in lieu of a degree.
